This bottle of Ay was in that same vein, although I did find it to be more approachable than some of the other Ambonnay lieux-dits, for example. Disgorged February 2019, roughly 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chard, no dosage. Raspberry, plum, apple and the same powerful, lasered textured that has been a feature of the vintage. We crushed through this in just over an hour so I have nothing more to add based on any beneficial overnight oxidation.
