Wednesday, March 24, 2021 - Seductive aromas with a tight character where clear soil lies over yellow cool apples, red berries, coffee, nuts, autolysis and with this yeast-baked character that is not quite finished in the oven yet. Good full and fresh Champagne with this nice layer of salt that just screams of authenticity. The tight, yet seductive fruit recovers with citrus, lime, yellow apple, redder apple, wax and biscuits. Long complex finish. These are real one! Great. 93 points.
