Friday, January 14, 2022 - 2019 Visit to Cromwell (Central Otago, NZ): Blair noted that 20 components went into making this cuvée, mainly in fairly neutral oak (mainly 4 – 5 year old barrels, 27% new). Whole cluster 20%. An attractive bouquet of raspberries, red cherries, red plums and touches of black fruit with notes of fennel.
