Friday, May 14, 2021 - Theme was Piemonte, blind. We wanted to move away from the typical Nebbiolo offerings, and we brought both the Rossi and the Bianco. This Rossi was a hit. Lovely nose, followed by a complex palate, plenty of fruit, good acidity, long finish. Nobody came close to guessing anything about this one. Our last 2018, we have the 2019’s to look forward to.
