Friday, December 15, 2023 - Golden hue, medium intensity. Rather large bubbles. Developed, medium(+) intensity nose. Broad aromas with accentuated fudge, vanilla, red apples. On the palate dry, high acidity, medium(-) body. Prickly mousse. Flavours of red apples and fudge. Good length with a spicy finish.
Day 2: Added brioche, more of the red apples. Depth and complexity. Mouthfilling, high fine rounded acidity. Less effervescence. Very good length finishing with butterscotch.

100% Meunier. Certified organic. Fermented in oak, malo made. Dos 0 g/l. Deg 19 March 2019. Lot Mg 03/19.
