Saturday, December 12, 2020 - Ruby/garnet. Black pepper, fruity creamy berries, slightest whiff of bananas. Smoothness wrapped around a buzzing acidity. Everything right in place; what a beaujo should be. Paired wonderfully w a roast turkey.
