Tuesday, June 11, 2019 - Five winos excellent adventure , mostly in Burgundy; 6/7/2019-6/15/2019 (Beaune, France): Fully mature nose displaying subtle sweet red fruit, coffee, toffee, soy, black truffle and earth. Fully mature palate, subtle red fruit, silky and fluid, bright acidity, no noticeable minerality and a seamless medium to long subtle red fruit driven finish. Perhaps not displaying the complexity and spicy expression of RSV but drinking beautifully.
