Saturday, June 22, 2019 - At Trocadero beach club, Sotogrande. I chose this as it’s majority-Chardonnnay and so quite different to most of the cavas we’ve been drinking recently. To me this tasted more like Prosecco; soft and plush, a bit sweet, pear drops.
