Tuesday, May 26, 2020 - The wine was pale lemon in color and cristal clear, on the nose it was quite light with primary aromas of slate(wet stones), flint, lime and grapefruit as well as a hint of blossom. On the palate it was of off-dry sweetness with a medium(+) acidity and low alcohol (being a Kabinett). The body was medium and the flavors where of medium(-) intensity being primary aromas of slate(wet stones), flint, lime and grapefruit as well as a hint of blossom. This wine was quite young in the development being of the 2018 vintage the wine had a medium(-) finish with was mineral driven. A exiting tasting of this area of the Mosel for sure!
