Sunday, February 21, 2021 - Bright gold in the glass. Nose is aromatic, honey, apricot, ginger, cooked apple, a touch meaty and savoury. Complex and concentrated. High acid, with a fair whack of VA, loads of fruit though, apricot, lime, honey, grassy, green apple. Long, fresh finish, textured, but not tannic. Benchmark orange wine style. Drinking very well now, though this will keep nicely for 3-5 years. Perhaps not quite the depth of fruit on the palate for long-term ageing. Outstanding
