Friday, April 14, 2023 - Leather, earthy underbrush, dried herbs (heavy on mint), and faint dried black cherry. Some fennel/anise spice shows up on the palate. Smooth, resolved, drinking well. Probably just a couple years left that I'd find enjoyment in this, but supporting structure is in place. Great with dry aged steak
