Friday, January 7, 2022 - Pretty spectacular. This is so fresh that it could have finished fermentation yesterday. The acidity is profound, but it is balanced perfectly by the sweetness, fruit and petrol. In addition to the peaches and honey, there was this fleeting trace of curry or something savory and exotic. This only got better on night two.

Decadent, unforgettable and, forgive the hyperbole, but perhaps the most enjoyable Riesling I’ve ever tasted. Why didn’t I buy more of this?
