Monday, July 24, 2023 - Good with a pliant and plush texture that gives way too readily. Black currants and dusty on the nose. Picks up black pepper and umami on the finish which elevates. Complex and a bit hard to read. Finish gets really big and a bit tiring which may well settle down with time.
