Decent mature palate of yeast, bread, butter and hint of strawberry. Nice mousse, but light bead. No major flaws, decent aperitif, but lacking oomph! Did not enjoy this as much as prior 3 bottles from my cellar, but still nice. Would not hold this too much longer
