Community Tasting Note

Friday, November 11, 2022 - 12.5% alcohol. The occasion was not conducive to a detailed tasting note, but this was a lovely bottle from the word go. Golden colour, fine sustained fizz, and above all very comfortable in the mouth. The dosage does not call attention to itself but there is no doubt that it contributes to the rounded feel; good depth.
This bottle was certainly as good as Bollinger's NV which is another of my house Champagnes.
A repeat purchase.
