Saturday, July 31, 2010 - Lovely acidity. Elegant. Style with a great lingering taste, unlike many other champagnes. Bottle carries the label "By Appointment To H. M. Queen Elizabeth II" (yes, the one from England). If it is classy enough for her, it's classy enough for me.
