Saturday, December 11, 2010 - Saturdays at One - Volume 39: Tasted non blind. Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny yet steady beading. Nose of yeast, yellow pears and yellow apples. Flavors of candied apricots, apricot core and a bit of soaked pears. Bright acidity, medium body. Drink over the short term. 89+.
