Sunday, October 16, 2011 - P&P_Pale green tinged gold robe w/a subtle nose of citrus and hay. Palate also not showing well on P&P. With air and warmth, the nose & palate show a marked change with saline, yeast and nutty aromas appearing on the palate. Now that its lost it’s intense, off putting, carbonation, it now shows saline, toasted bread, sweetness and bracing acidity on the palate. Some complexity here, and for the $40 tariff, good qpr. That said, I like the Bollinger better!
