Sunday, July 23, 2017 - Nose of red apple, hazelnut, slate, shale, and brioche, same on the palate, big body, good acid, fairly mineral driven, lots of tiny bubbles formed a great mousse, at it's peak, this bottle was very creamy in texture, lovely Champagne to sip and savor on a hot summer day, and a long finish.
