Tuesday, December 12, 2023 - Nice nose after a two hour decant, cherry, earth, well-integrated oak. Got more spicy with air, maybe allspice? Palate was a bit linear and primary, but with a lot of acid. Nice mineral line on the palate throughout the evening, but seemed to make a turn for the better after several hours.
