Friday, January 20, 2023 - Pale golden hue. Nose of ripe white orchard and melon fruits. Some hazelnut and rounder notes. Note overly complex. On the palate this showed a little better with ripe and intense white fruit, citrus and nice textured minerality. A bit rounder than I might have expected with balanced but less pronounced acidity. I’d recommend drinking this in the younger side. In a good spot now.
