Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - One of a dozen-plus Nuit bottlings opened for a dinner. This is just starting to come into a drinking window, but starts out tight and a bit tangy. With air, it opens up and begins to soften, but has plenty of years ahead of it. Elegant and clean as you'd expect with MG, mid-weight and nice balance of fruit, tannin and acidity. Dark cherry rolls into spicy plum, with dusty earth and savory hints adding complexity. Kept getting better.
