Wednesday, January 26, 2022 - Pure Spirits 1st grand tasting (George Lycabetus Hotel): Very nice, density in the nose, earthy, spicy, fruit ripe, black fruit, clove
Palate big, clove, cinnamon, spicy, ripe fruit, black cherry and currant, tight for now, very fresh still, needs time, medium acidity, long finish
Need to find older vintages
