Tuesday, February 11, 2020 - Burgundy, Day 1 (Beaune, France): Barrel sample. Black cherry and a relatively sweeter fruit profile on the palate. The fruit shows a little more on the black side, with a firm tannic structure on the finish. Nonetheless, relatively speaking, this is probably the easiest drinking one of the 1er crus right now.
