Sunday, March 4, 2007 - Served with fresh chevré, drizzled with olive oil, topped with caraway seed and fresh mint. Mildly expressive nose of grapefruit skins and minerals. Fresh melon, grass, and mineral tones complement the playful acidity nicely. Chalky, medium length finish rounds things out well. Great pairing with the chevré.
