Saturday, November 11, 2023 - Wow - this is a massive wine, and we may have opened it slightly on the earlier side - I can only imagine how much this wine will evolve in the bottle over time. It blows up in your nose upon opening - but definitely could use at least an hour decant at this stage. Incredibly fruit forward nose that opens up to more cacao/chocolate notes as it breathes, but we enjoyed this wine so much.
