Monday, January 4, 2021 - Very young, on the first day oak was too much for me. Not integrated yet, not much fruit on palate, reductive and oak notes, although there’s some silty tones to be found. All and all big and powerful style of wine but not going to touch the other bottles for the coming 2 3 years.

Obviously the wine is very young but sometimes definitely ready to drink. This wine really needs time to be pleasant and complete

2nd day the wine had some sweeter fruit and green apple. Oak became rye and salted caramel and everything nicely balanced. Unfortunately there’s no 3rd day
