Thursday, December 31, 2020 - 70% possip, 20% bugava, 10% Chard
Clear, medium lemon-green color. Clean nose with medium- intensity, youthful aromas: honeysuckle, lemon/lime, green apple, underripe pineapple, green banana peel.
Dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ intensity of flavors: textural, bitter green dried herbs, grassy; fruit qualities mirror the nose. Slight RS which balances the tartness.
Overall a good wine, drink now or in the next few years.
