Monday, October 2, 2023 - Well defined nose but still feels tightly coiled. Layers of rich cherry, strawberry, cedar and fine spices. Some leather and earth notes. Rich but fresh on the palate. Long, spiced black cherry conserve finish. Delicious now but will continue to improve.

WSET Notes:

Medium ruby.

Pronounced on the nose with red and black cherry, caramel, strawberry, violet, clove, cinammon, smoke, dark chocolate, vanilla, cedar, leather and earth. Developing.

Pronounced and dry on the palate. High acidity, medium tannins, high alcohol, full body, long finish.

Can drink now but has potential for ageing.
