Monday, September 14, 2020 - Transparent, strong nose of sour cherries and herbs. Strong sour cherry taste. We all liked, but not a session wine. Needs food. Strong enough to have with red meat and vinegar based salad dressing. Went well with foods. Nice alternative to keep in wine cellar.
