Thursday, April 7, 2022 - Alcohol is quite strong on the nose, along with citrus , cola, toffee.

Quite sweet which helps the alcohol, deep intense raisin/prune

Tawny, prune, but slight acrid walnut skin, aspartame, flat cola

Still a very fresh sweetness on the nose , celery, maybe it’s eucalyptus but fresh crisp celery , molasses
