Friday, April 12, 2024 - Unique amber-yellow color. Almost no aroma. If any, then somewhat yeasty, closer to sake. Very low acidity and strange sweetness, probably of added Gewurztraminer. The overall composition is weird, unbalanced, and cloying. I could hardly perceive this as a wine.
