Fantastic with our harissa chickpea stew; by itself, slightly less compelling. On the nose: salt, lemon, lees, and wet stone. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lime, wet stone and olive brine, but weirdly oily...a lovely mix, if ever-so-slightly disjointed density and acid.
