Friday, January 1, 2021 - Very good. Still plenty of fruit and characteristic Sangiovese body, balance and thin tannin. Delicious although a little short. I suspect it could have aged a little longer but thankfully was still robust despite a challenging de-corking. Decanting was obligatory and probably improved the resulting flavours. Brunello shines again.
