Thursday, May 5, 2022 - Not a favorite. Initially gamey & barnyard, 1-2hr bottle decant opened it up to sour cherry, red fruit, unripe tomato, dry leaves & earthy notes. This wine is highly acidic and requires pairing with food to balance the finish
