Thursday, January 26, 2023 - A mouthful of dark berries, hints of mocha, grilled beef with a tinge of bacon. Holy cow is this fantastic! The mid-palate is multilayered notes of gravel, whiffs of cherry juice and iodine with plenty of room to develop more nuance in the future. Shazaam! Magic in a glass.
