Thursday, October 14, 2021 - 12.8% abv. Light straw, very aromatic. On the palate, a combination of orchard fruit, saline minerality and citrus. Excellent depth, length and mouth feel. Impeccably balanced, extremely energetic, very precise and poised. Absolutely stunning Chardonnay that should continue to improve for many years.
