Sunday, January 15, 2023 - Beautiful ruby red color. The nose is mellow with dark fruits and dried dark flowers with earthy notes of spice, olive and herbs. Super smooth on the palate with red fruit, minerals, smoke and pepper layered with mushrooms and purple flowers. Medium acid and firm tannins lead to a pleasant finish.
