Monday, October 18, 2021 - My Grade: G. Slightly opaque purple, black cherries, rhubarb, plums and some green notes (snap peas) on the nose. Palate is simple but unbalanced with high acidity fighting with rounded cherry and plum fruit, low tannins, medium sour cranberry finish. Paired well-enough with Sausage, Spaghetti and red sauce (see my profile for grades).
