Sunday, January 17, 2021 - For lovers of classic Chablis, this ain’t it. Very soft, broad, open knit. Really pleasant flavors but none of the tidal pool, oyster shell, lime zest flavors that make me love Chablis. I usually like this producer but many 2018s from many producers seem to be in this category of soft wines with little raciness.
