Thursday, July 23, 2020 - This was a singularly perfect wine and experience. We had son and his girlfriend out to dinner. We were drinking Champagne. This wine had been on my mind all night after seeing it on the list. I say what the heck toward the end, after the Sommelier let me see the bottle.
