Sunday, January 24, 2021 - Opened 30mins before first glass. Took some coaxing to reveal a iniviting nose of cherry, floral notes, and a hint of bbq meat. Dry, crunchy red fruit on the palate. It has a wispy and silky palate that finishes dry with good energy. Pops with food and was a good match with carbonara. Still youthful. Last glass was best glass.
