Wednesday, March 14, 2007 - Actually completely drinkable. Tight at opening, then actually very good for about an hour, then started to fade. Nuts, smoke, tropical, dry. Very nice with chicken/pineapple/soy sausages and potatos.

Day two, actually still kicking along, and the nose is better. Full of lanolin, hint of merde, and a vague sense of Carnal Flower perfume. In mouth, similar to last night, with a notion of apple. A lot of fun for a cuvee normale with this sort of age.
