Thursday, February 15, 2024 - Dark ruby, inky, hint of purple still. Deep bouquet of black cherry, spice, chocolate. Dry. Good acidity. Tannins mellowed but obvious still. Good level of fruit. Slightly dry, tannic finish. Needs another year, but drinking ok
