Saturday, August 15, 2020 - Decanted an hour before tasting. Some heat on the nose. Palate and finish dominated by strawberries. Restrained flavors but not in a bad way. Paired well with smoked bbq spare ribs. Bbq sauce brought out some pepper notes.
