Sunday, July 31, 2022 - First btl of five.

Light yellow.
Tropical, non-descript attractive nose.
In the mouth, this is a young rascal, but has all the components that I love about Sancerre.: wondrous acidity from loads of sun but little heat. Kiwi, gooseberries, grass, black currant leaves and plenty of different citrus aromas.

Slight disconnect in the finish and ends a bit short.

Will be exciting to see where it goes over the years to come. Patience is a virtue :-)
