Tuesday, October 9, 2007 - Tasted alongside Roulot Perrieres 88. This made the Roulot look very ordinary (as it would be expected to do). An outstanding wine, not the complexity/concentration of the mindblowing 88 Ramonet Montrachet but this wine was all class. Impeccably balanced with layers of flavour which express the terroir superbly. Ramonet wines are up there with the greatest for sheer purity and expression. Fantastic.
