Thursday, January 21, 2021 - There’s a hint of salt and slate on the nose. Red berries, lime, spices. Round and smooth on the palate, fills out nicely. Marks of stone fruits and spices, good acidity and cut. Lovely and delicious right now even though further aging will add complexity.
