Friday, October 21, 2022 - Nose - raspberry, rose hip and hawthorn, with high pitched blood orange/ fresh orange peel giving tension. Mouth is extremely delicate (almost like creamy red berry mousse), medium+ amount of seamless acidity and fine tannin spreads horizontally, immediately evaporates/goes up the back nose, and stays there as intense fragrant finish. No much complexity on day 1, but shape and texture is just beautiful.
