Monday, November 23, 2015 - This one developed a leak in the rack. The ullage was about 1 inch. It was still hanging on to life but barely, had the cork held it would have probably been wonderful. As it was it was not oxidized but just tired, some fruit, good acid but it was a wounded soldier and after the first glass the balance was consigned to the vinegar stock.
